1. PhD graduate with a research background in Optics, Cold Atoms, Atomic & Molecular Physics, Quantum Information or related fields;
2. Over 5 years of research experience with ion trap quantum systems, with in-depth expertise in ion trapping, ion manipulation and system measurement & control;
3. Over 5 years of research experience with cold atom quantum systems, with hands-on experience building a complete system from scratch.

2. Over 5 years of hands-on R&D experience in optical system design, with strong learning ability and team management skills.
3. Proficient in at least one optical design software.
4. Familiar with the operation of semiconductor, CO? and fiber lasers, as well as the selection and parameters of optical components.
5. Well-versed in fiber-optic devices; possess in-depth research experience on the optoelectronic products developed by our company, capable of driving R&D, iteration and launch of products.
Job Responsibilities
1. Undertake the development of optical instruments, as well as the integration and testing of optoelectronic systems.
2. Conduct testing of fiber lasers, fiber cavities and other products, including optical path setup, laser modulation, optical imaging systems, laser frequency stabilization and other product integration work.
3. Perform system analysis, technical verification, component selection, R&D, debugging and integration of optical products.

2. No less than 5 years of research experience in ion trap quantum systems, with in-depth research on ion trapping, ion manipulation and system measurement & control.
3. No less than 5 years of research experience in cold atom quantum systems, with hands-on experience building a complete system from scratch.
4. Qualified candidates may be recruited via the postdoctoral program.
Job Responsibilities
1. Focus on the R&D of full chip-based ion trap and cryogenic ion trap systems under the QCCD technical route, and drive technological advancement.
2. Take charge of team building and project delivery.
Job Qualifications
1. Skilled in operating narrow-linewidth lasers and able to independently implement PDH frequency stabilization systems.
2. Familiar with a full range of optical components, capable of independently designing and constructing optical paths for experimental verification.
3. Prior experience in laser optical path design and simulation is preferred.

1. Design and build ion trap optical systems.
2. Conduct selection, assembly and maintenance of narrow-linewidth lasers and ultra-stable cavities.
3. Perform analysis and selection of optical components.
4. Draft relevant patent documents and technical specifications.
Job Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Electronics, Communications, Physics or related fields.
2. Capable of reading and developing codes, with Python as the primary programming language.
3. Solid foundation in mathematics and physics; proficient in numerical analysis and optimization; basic understanding of quantum computing.
4. Familiar with the operation of measurement and control electronics hardware such as RF signal sources, and knowledgeable about communication interfaces of various instruments.
Job Responsibilities
1. Perform calculations on interactions between light, atoms, spins and cavities; design and optimize laser and microwave waveforms for quantum gate manipulation; conduct systematic error analysis and system benchmarking; track cutting-edge international quantum control operation methods and algorithms.
2. Develop and industrialize distributed control systems.
Job Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or other related majors.
2. Familiar with the fundamentals of quantum computing theory and quantum algorithms; over 3 years of R&D experience in quantum computing, tensor networks, quantum simulation or related fields.
3. Strong coding development skills, proficient in C/C++, Python and other programming languages, with good coding standards and learning agility.
4. Excellent communication skills and team spirit; capable of reading English technical literature; strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Job Responsibilities
1. Design and optimize compilation of quantum algorithms.
2. Develop quantum circuits and quantum simulation solutions based on full ion trap systems.
3. Develop and run quantum algorithms such as QAOA on fully-connected qubits.
4. Conduct testing for the quantum computing cloud platform.
5. Undertake project coordination and regular progress reporting.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with a background in science and engineering majors such as Physics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Integrated Circuits are preferred.
2. Prior experience in product marketing for domestic universities and research institutes, with familiarity in corresponding sales channels and business models is preferred.
3. Keen market insight, outstanding capabilities in resource integration and business promotion.
